Meridian Pointe

What was once an aging apartment recreation center has been transformed into a vibrant, contemporary community hub through a comprehensive renovation. The scope included a full interior remodel along with significant exterior upgrades to improve both function and elevate the overall identity of the property.

The exterior was re-skinned with a contemporary palette of dry-stacked stone, wood, and metal siding, enhancing visibility. A new metal entry canopy and architectural detailing give the façade a stronger presence and clearer sense of arrival.

Inside, the layout was redesigned to improve flow and usability, with all-new finishes, lighting, and furnishings. Updated management offices, lounge spaces, fitness areas, and flexible gathering rooms now offer residents a more engaging and comfortable environment for recreation, socializing, and wellness.
