Situated in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, Belfair View is a thoughtfully planned multi-phase residential community that blends modern living with the natural beauty of its surroundings.

Phase One comprised of a recreation center and seven residential buildings, carefully arranged to maximize the site density while promoting a sense of community ensuring privacy and comfort. The site design emphasizes walkability creating a cohesive and livable area where local restaurants and businesses are just minutes away.

Phase Two added five additional buildings integrated gracefully into phase one above the town. This elevated location was selected to take full advantage of the sweeping vistas, including breathtaking views of the Olympic Mountains and the legendary Olympic sunset.
