The memory care floor is tailored to meet the unique needs of residents with cognitive impairments, featuring secure, easily navigable spaces, calming color palettes, and abundant natural light to promote well-being. The layout emphasizes safety and comfort, incorporating dedicated common areas, therapeutic interior courtyard, and sensory-focused amenities.

The assisted living suites offer privacy and autonomy while maintaining easy access to community amenities and supportive services. Residents benefit from open, light-filled common areas, dining spaces, and activity rooms designed to foster social interaction and community engagement.
